Our StoryI'm Peyton ( Bellamy is right here, too)
I write straightforward guides for small business owners who want to use AI without the overwhelm.
I passed the Bar, then realized something: a lot of businesses, non-profits, creatives, and schools needed someone to bridge the gap between software and actually getting things done. With a background in Conflict Resolution and English — and years of helping people use the tools already on their desks, not just know they exist — I was a pretty good fit. That experience became even more useful when AI came along. A lot of guides out there are written by people who love tech for tech’s sake. I care more about what you can do with it in the next twenty minutes.
I also optimize corporate travel using point systems and write guides for fellow travelers. Basically, I like to guide — and I hope what I share is helpful to you.
How I Use AI
I teach AI tools for a living, and I use them in my own work. It would be strange if I didn't.
Every book, newsletter, digital product, and piece of content from Peyton Sweeney Guides is developed using AI-assisted workflows. That means I use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to help with drafting, research, formatting, and editing. Here’s what AI doesn't do: make decisions. Every claim is verified. Every recommendation comes from real experience. Every final word is mine. I follow the same Draft-Check-Send method I teach in my books. AI drafts, I check, I send. I'm also transparent with Amazon and every platform I publish on. When AI-assisted content disclosure is required, I disclose it. No exceptions. If you've read my books, you already know my position: AI is a tool, not a replacement. The person using it is what makes the difference. That’s true for your business and mine. Questions? Progress, not perfection.
